Lunch Doodles with Mo Willems
Mo Willems invites YOU into his studio every day for his LUNCH DOODLE. Learners worldwide can draw, doodle and explore new ways of writing by visiting Mo’s studio virtually once a day for the next few weeks. Grab some paper and pencils, pens, or crayons and join Mo to explore ways of writing and making together. If you post your art to social media, be sure to hashtag it with #MoLunchDoodles!

Dav Pilkey at Home
"Dav Pilkey, the children’s author and illustrator behind the award-winning series Dog Man and Captain Underpants, is collaborating with the Library of Congress to serve children and families online during the coronavirus pandemic. Dav Pilkey at Home will feature new video content created by Pilkey himself on Friday mornings at 8 a.m. Eastern time on social media channels and the LC and Scholastic websites. Beginning April 1, fun and free activities will be available online including how-to-draw demonstrations, engaging read-a-louds, and inspiring resources from the library’s collections"
The SAG-AFTRA Foundation’s award-winning children’s literacy website, Storyline Online, streams videos featuring celebrated actors reading children’s books alongside creatively produced illustrations. Readers include Viola Davis, Chris Pine, Lily Tomlin, Kevin Costner, Annette Bening, James Earl Jones, Betty White and dozens more.
For as long as schools are closed, Audible Stories is open. Kids everywhere can instantly stream an incredible collection of stories, including titles across six different languages, that will help them continue dreaming, learning, and just being kids.
All stories are free to stream on your desktop, laptop, phone or tablet.

Story Time from Space is a project of the Global Space Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit education foundation.
We send children’s books to the International Space Station.
While in space, astronauts are videotaping themselves reading these books to the children of Earth. These videos are being edited and placed on this Story Time From Space website- look under the heading ” Story Time Videos”.
